TimeForWOD is timer app you can use for most popular workout types. It includes special timers for:

- AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible).
- EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute).
- Tabata ( 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds).
- HIIT 1 (High Intensity Interval Training with equal intervals).
- HIIT 2 (High Intensity Interval Training with different intervals).
- Stopwatch (as fast as possible).
- Counter.

Each timer has 10 seconds countdown to get ready before workout, sound signals and vibration. AMRAP and Stopwatch timers allow to save your results and even share them on social media. You can use TimeForWOD in the gym, on the beach, in the park or at home doing your workouts or playing some fitness game with friends or kids.
